Privacy Policy
Effective 11 October 2026
ZeroKT is pre-launch. Today this site is a marketing page with two forms — a waitlist and an introductions form — and that is where our data collection starts and ends. This policy says what those forms collect, what we do with it, and how to have it removed. It's short on purpose.
Who we are
ZeroKT ("we", "us") publishes this site and, once launched, the ZeroKT product. For anything in this policy — or to exercise a right listed near the end — write to hello@zerokt.com.
If you are a customer running client engagements on ZeroKT, your contract and the engagement walls described on this site govern your work data. This policy is about the people who read this site and join the waitlist.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site, plus what you send us by email.
- Waitlist form: name, work email, company, role, company size, number of client accounts, which problem hurts most, whether you're open to a call, and the page you submitted from.
- Introductions form: the firm or person you named, and your own email address.
- Email you send us: the message, your address, and whatever you choose to include in it.
Why we collect it
We don't sell your data, rent it, or use it to train a model. No payment details are collected on this site.
- To tell you when ZeroKT is open to you, and to book the conversation if you ticked that box.
- To decide what to build first — the role, account count and pain-point answers shape the roadmap.
- To follow up on an introduction with you. We don't contact the person you named unless you ask us to.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process waitlist and introduction details on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@zerokt.com. Where India's DPDP Act or a similar law applies, the same consent-and-erasure principle applies. We also rely on legitimate interest to reply when you contact us first.
Who else sees it
The ZeroKT team, and the tools we use to run email, hosting and support. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or send marketing email beyond what you asked for.
Where it's stored, and for how long
We store it on infrastructure operated for us, which may sit outside your country; where it does, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to delete them. If we close the waitlist without launching, we delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@zerokt.com and we'll act within 30 days. If you're in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Once the product is live
Deleting a client engagement removes its files, memory and scheduled tasks. Portable export and a content-free deletion certificate are in build. If you need a deletion proof for a client contract, tell us before you sign and we'll commit to it in writing.
Children
This site is for people running or working inside businesses. It isn't aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes to how we handle waitlist data are announced to the list.
