Terms of Service

The service, today and at launch

These terms cover this site and, once it's live, the ZeroKT product. There is no contract yet while you're on the waitlist — joining it commits neither of us to anything.

• Today: a marketing site, a waitlist, an introductions form. Nothing is sold or delivered.
• At launch: shared AI sessions, walled client engagements, a knowledge base, memory built from the work, scheduled tasks, and integrations.
• Anything marked NEXT is in build. It's on this site so you can judge the direction, not because it's a commitment you can rely on.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and using ZeroKT for an organisation you're authorised to represent — a firm running client engagements, or a large organisation with internal teams. You're responsible for the accounts you create and for what your people do under them.

Your content and your keys

You keep everything you put into ZeroKT. We take only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process, display and back it up, and to let your own teammates and successor engineers read it inside the engagement you placed it in.

We don't use your content to train a model — ours or anyone else's. If you bring your own model keys, your relationship with the model provider is yours, your spend stays on your accounts, and you're responsible for keeping those keys safe and for that provider's terms.

Engagement walls

Client engagements are isolated by design: nothing crosses, and from inside one engagement you can't confirm another exists. You're responsible for what you put inside an engagement and for having the right to put it there. Don't upload client material you aren't permitted to process, and don't use ZeroKT to try to defeat those walls — probing another customer's isolation counts as misuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe someone's rights, or introduce malware;
• try to reach another engagement, another customer's data, or our systems without authorisation;
• scrape the site or the product, or resell access without our written agreement;
• use the agent to make a client's data visible to someone who isn't entitled to see it.

Third-party integrations

Integrations connect to services you already use — Slack, GitHub, Google, Notion, Linear, Dropbox and X today, Microsoft and Jira next. Those services have their own terms and hold your credentials. Connecting one means you're letting ZeroKT act as you, inside the permissions you grant. We aren't responsible for their availability or their policies.

Fees

There is no free tier. Pricing is agreed before you're billed, model spend runs on your own keys, and any trial or early-access arrangement is set out in writing at the time. Unless we say otherwise, fees for a period already used aren't refundable.

Changes, downtime and leaving

We can change, suspend or stop parts of the service, and we'll give reasonable notice for anything material. You can stop at any time; deleting an engagement removes its files, memory and scheduled tasks. Portable export and a content-free deletion certificate are in build — if a client contract needs a specific deletion proof, tell us before you sign.

Disclaimers

While you're on the waitlist or in any trial, the service is provided 'as is', with no warranty. Once you're a paying customer, the service levels and confidentiality terms in your contract apply — those, and not these terms, govern what happens to your client data.

Liability

Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, unless your contract with us says otherwise.
